The puppy must be taken to the new owner's licensed Veterinarian, at the new owner's expense, within 72 hours of the puppy leaving the breeder's home.  If the Veterinarian finds any problems with an apparent deformity or that the puppy is sick, the breeder shall be notifed that same day and the puppy returned promptly to the breeder that same day.  Return is at the buyers expense.  The breeder reserves the right to have the puppy examined by the breeder's own Veterinarian before the puppy is replaced with a puppy of like quality.  The breeder must be notified if euthanasia needs to be done.  (this only applies during the warranty period.)

All white Boxer puppies are sold on a limited pet contracts.  Which means they can not be used in a breeding program.

The breeder is not responsible for any Vet bills or medications after the sale.  Any claim for replacement must be accompanied by a Vet's statement.  A picture of the puppy and all registration & rights of ownership concerning the puppy transferred back to the breeder.

The breeder recommends that you keep your Boxer puppy on a monthly health guard pill that will protect against heartworm, fleas, ticks, roundworms and all other known parasites that can cause harm and or death to your puppy.  The breeder will not guarentee against heartworms etc if the owners do not use a medication to prevent such parasites.  The breeder does not guarantee against accident, negliect or any type of abuse.  Neither does the breeder guarentee compatability with the new owners other pets.

We release the puppies at 8 weeks.  Care and feeding costs after the first weekend after the pups are 8 weeks, are $15.00 per day or $100.00 per week.

At any time during your puppy's lifetime, if for any reason you are unable to keep your puppy/dog, it is to be returned to the breeder and they will place your puppy in a suitable home at no expense to you.  Transportation back to the breeders is at the owner's expense.  The puppy will not be replaced by the Breeder.  The said puppy will be fostered by the breeder until they can place it in a permanent home.
